Steve Falconer - CEO
Steve is a Licensed Residential appraiser operating in New Hampshire, with a B.S. in Computers & Management from Franklin Pierce University. He has five years experience at this position. Previously, Steve led Infrastructure Support Systems Software Development team at Verizon. This team designed, built and supported management information systems for problem and change management. The dashboard component of this application was used throughout the company to the CEO level. This application won the Verizon Chairman’s Quality award in 2002.
Paul Falconer - COO
Paul is a Certified General Appraiser in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and has 20 plus years of experience of appraising commercial and residential properties. A Vietnam era veteran, Paul has a s Bachelor of Science degree from Boston State College and a Masters in Education from Bridgewater State College. His education and experience in the valuation field have led to Paul being called upon for expert witness testimony in Plymouth (Mass.) District Court, Suffolk (Mass.) District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Boston. Paul served as President of Washington Appraisal, a Division of Jack Conway Realty from 1986-1993. From 1993 until founding of FALCO, Inc. in 2008, Paul was President of Falconer Appraisal Services with operations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
John Powell - CMO
John has ten years experience as a Certified Residential appraiser in Massachusetts. John has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Holy Cross College. John leads marketing and the client experience.
